What you can expect when you choose the Royal treatment.
We work diligently to make sure the installation process goes as smooth as possible for our dealer's installations. Planning and preparation is the key to a productive initial dealer meeting through completion for both the dealer and homeowner. Click here to visit our planning and design section and once you've made the arrangements to begin, here's what you can expect:
- Preparation: Your Royal-qualified installer preps the location. That includes careful excavation that matches your pool or spas particular contours. The hole is filled with a sand base to cushion the pool shell and help to get it level.
- Delivery: Your hand-made Royal pool or spa gets delivered. Because of the location of our factories we can usually time delivery to jobsite based on when the dealer will be ready for it to minimize handling from the transport trailer into the excavated and groomed hole.
- Installation: Your pool or spa is usually lowered into position with a crane. Sand is then water compacted around the outside of the pool shell as water is added simultaneously. Connections for plumbing, electricity and filter system are made followed by any decking.
Your Royal pool or spa includes built-in coping, molded non-slip surface steps and benches. Most installations will vary depending on options, weather and each independent dealer work schedules. We have been told of completions in 3 - 5 days with cement but certainly cannot guarantee this as a manufacturer. Establish trust with your dealer from the first meeting or find another you can trust.
